Amelia and Peter’s Sunny Pre-Wedding Session at Hare Hill

On a sunny Sunday in May, I met up with Amelia and Peter for their pre-wedding shoot at Hare Hill, a beautiful National Trust property in Cheshire. We’re really lucky as Cheshire has so many stunning locations for engagement sessions and pre-wedding photography—Hare Hill is one of my favourites with its gorgeous gardens and peaceful atmosphere.

We spent the afternoon exploring, chatting, and laughing together. It was such a relaxed, fun session that helped us get to know each other before their wedding day. I truly believe these pre-wedding or engagement shoots are so valuable, especially for couples who feel a bit camera-shy. It’s a great way to break the ice, build trust with your wedding photographer, and get comfortable in front of the camera.

By the time Amelia and Peter’s big day came around, they felt completely at ease, which made capturing genuine, natural moments so much easier. As a Cheshire wedding photographer, I always recommend these sessions to my couples—they really do make such a difference for relaxed, authentic wedding photos.

Kind words

My fiancé and I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Sasha for our pre-wedding/engagement session, and we cannot sing her praises enough! From the moment we met, she was incredibly kind and made us feel completely at ease. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every shot she took. The photos turned out more stunning than we could have imagined! We are beyond excited for her to shoot our wedding, knowing we are in such talented and caring hands. Thank you so much Sasha!
